Mission Peru

Today was not my birthday, yet a chorus of 50 serenaded me.

Wow has Peru ever been an adventure so far

Peru is a lot different from North America is the least I can say so far. 

We have sooo much going on here, and so much we wish you could see with us.

So far, it’s been really great. Spectacular. Nice. Fun. Indescribable.

Yesterday was a gongshow...Today was very long but we had tons of fun!

Well, our journey has more than just begun.

Yesterday we went to the garbage dump and in the afternoon to a daycare centre.  I’m sure you’ve read about how the dump was such a depressing, disgusting, horrific place and I agree it was.  No one should have to live like that.  But I also saw it to be hopeful and inspiring.
