Mission Peru

Buenos tardes, amigos! My name is Beth Wilson, and I’m from West London Alliance Church. As you all know, currently my team and I are in Peru on a missions trip with the organization Inca Link.

I had the chance to go to a daycare, and meet some Peruvian’s who are involved with the church.  A group of us went around to some of the Peruvian’s houses who had kids that attended the daycare.

This trip has already been an amazing experience and we’re only a couple days in! From the morning that we left until now, God’s faithfulness has been so obvious in all of the details.

Well, it's been just over 48 hours since we arrived in Trujillo! Please be praying for us over the next number of days as the students take part in construction, visit the dump, hang out at the children's home, and interact with people throughout the community. Today (Monday), we began construction, helped with evangelism and hung out with the kids at the children's home. We also had four people visit their Compassion children for the first time!

Welcome to the 2016 Mission Peru trip! From March 11 through March 19, we will be hanging out in Trullio, Peru. It seems like only a few short months ago when we began planning the 2016 trip; now it’s here!

Everything is going great down here, we’re having a great time. We are about to start making a playground in the orphanage

So Day 9! It’s been a blast down here, from using machetes to moving over a thousand bricks from one place to another. 

Happy Canada Day!  We started our morning climbing a nearby mountain which took us 2 hours with breaks.
