    Well, it's been just over 48 hours since we arrived in Trujillo! Please be praying for us over the next number of days as the students take part in construction, visit the dump, hang out at the children's home, and interact with people throughout the community.

    Today (Monday), we began construction, helped with evangelism and hung out with the kids at the children's home. We also had four people visit their Compassion children for the first time! Check out our Twitter feed for Compassion photos.

I pray that you soak in and enjoy every moment of work, fun, and reflection, and the incredible little moments in between. Dig in, love each other, and write down the little things so you never forget! Leaders, may you have wisdom and insight and unity as you hold the space for these students to dive in to what God is saying. Also, listen to your gut and be safe (don't carry kids on stairs).
