    A Thankful Leader

    June 30, 2015

    Bolton Alliance Church

    Greetings from South America!

Has been and continues to be an amazing experience.

To see our students interact, serve and love the children and people of Peru is encouraging.

Has been much laughter, tears and new friendships developing daily.

Students continue to be committed to the cause, are being challenged and do choose joy in all situations.  Stepping up to do manual labour when asked is one example.

Staff and interns at Pasitos de Fe are wonderful people serving us all.

Doing church with the Peruvians was a great experience and included some evangelism in the park for some of us.  Very loving people.

I enjoy our debrief times with the Bolton Team and our intern.  Opportunity to review and discuss the day's events, also a time to pray for each other.  Team is working well together.

It is difficult at times to find words to describe to you all what we have seen.  One word that comes to mind is Heartbreaking.   But there is much joy evident in the children we have interacted with.  Love covers all.

This evening we all had the opportunity to head to a roof top in the orphanage to sing to our God.  Wonderful time of Worship.  Thanks P.J.

Much has happened and continues to happen daily.

On a personal note thank you for all your support through prayers.  God is good.

Hello and Love to Judi, Victoria and Chloe.

We're so glad to hear you're having an amazing experience. Sounds like you've done so much. Great to hear that the team is working well together and the students are being challenged and stretched. We will pray that God allows more amazing experiences and the Holy Spirirt works through you all on your last few days. Can't wait to see you all! Thanks Steven for all your hard work!!

Ps. Special blessings from the Paglia's in Alberta.

It seems like only yesterday, we were in the planning stages of this trip and now you are actually experiencing it. What a blessing to have you as a leader for our children, helping to guide, protect and talk to, whenever in need. So happy to hear what an impact this trip is having on you and can hardly wait to hear your stories, upon your return.
